We hope you love your new jewelry! However, if you're not fully satisfied, we are happy to offer returns on unworn and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition (unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging).
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to offer a return or refund.
To initiate a return:
Please contact us at sleepy.deige@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we approve your return, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We strive to ensure all items arrive in perfect condition. If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Each piece of jewelry is carefully handmade, which means orders typically take 2-5 business days to process before they are shipped out. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders and the complexity of your items. If you have any special requests or need an item by a specific date, please reach out to us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Times:
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and any potential delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, or customs processing).
Domestic Orders: Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.
International Orders: Delivery times can vary widely, typically ranging from 7-21 business days depending on the destination country.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order has shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If a package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We can help you file a claim with the shipping company, but please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders):
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the order or the shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable fees.

Shipping within Canada & US is estimated to be 10-14 days. Local delivery, within Saskatoon, Sk, is within 4 days.
Shipping is available tracked or untracked.

Jewelry Care, Maintenance, & Customization

Unless otherwise stated, most earrings are not water proof. As each piece is handmade, some finishes and processes are not very friendly with water!
If you notice your brass charms are getting a little dull, you can clean them at home! Mix equal parts lemon juice and baking soda to form a paste. Apply the paste to your brass jewelry with a soft cloth, gently rubbing in circular motions. Let it sit for about 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
For acrylic and resin jewelry, avoid contact with water or excessive heat. They can be shined with a glasses cleaning cloth or soft towel!

I would love if you wore your new Luna pieces every day!
If you are purchasing a pair as every day earrings, I would upgrade to “Gold Filled” findings. Gold filled pieces have a stronger and thicker coating of real gold around the base metal, meaning they are both substantially more water proof, and hypo allergenic for most people.
